"Crackdown"

Continuing one of the more bizarre story turns in Punisher history, Punisher's skin color has changed to black after a plastic surgery operation. After residents in a south side Chicago apartment building are being harassed by drug dealers, Punisher and Luke Cage must team up to take them out.
